1 General Terms & Introduction

Dgdp (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "dgdp") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dgdp website at https://dgdp.ws and all associated services.

• Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

• Verifying the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.
• Dgdp may require identity verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the dgdp platform. Use of dgdp's services by minors is strictly prohibited.

The following individuals are not eligible to open an account on dgdp:

• Anyone under the age of 18.
• Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Individuals previously banned by dgdp.
• Individuals with an active Self-Exclusion.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Dgdp supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• It is recommended that the same method be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• For suspicious transactions, dgdp may place a payment on hold pending verification.
• Deposits and withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

Dgdp does not charge any transaction fees, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Dgdp offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts suspended.
• Dgdp reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on the dgdp platform are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before play begins.

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is listed in the game's info section.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, that round may be voided.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Server logs will be the authoritative record in any gaming dispute. Server records take precedence over user screenshots or claims.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dgdp platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Bonus abuse or bonus farming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Fraudulent access to other members' accounts.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.

8 Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Dgdp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• When suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure, dgdp will attempt to refund that amount — however, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a violation.
